How booking a seat works

    Pick your date

    Any day in the season, up to 12 hours before the van leaves.

    Choose your seats

    Tap free seats on the seat map. Taken seats are marked female or male, so you can see who you'll be travelling with. Tell us who sits in each seat you book. When a van is full, the next one opens.

    Pick a time

    Choose 10:00 or 14:00, whichever suits you. Our office confirms the exact time.

  4. 4

    Send your booking

    Add your name, email and phone. Once paid, the seats are yours and your confirmation and invoice arrive by email.

How your departure time is confirmed

When you book, you tell us your preferred time: 10:00 or 14:00. Once the day's bookings are in, our office sets the van's departure time and sends it to you by email and SMS.

On the day, come to EzTaxi (Office) at the confirmed time with your bags. We drive you to Arugam Bay and drop you at your hotel.

Travelling as a group?

Why are taken seats marked female or male?
So you can see who you'd sit next to before you choose. We only show female or male, never names.
Can I book seats for friends?
Yes. Book as many free seats as you need and tell us who sits in each. The booking, confirmation and invoice go to you.
What if the van is full?
When one van fills up, another opens on the seat map, so you can still book until 12 hours before departure.
Where do I see my booking and the confirmed time?
In your email and SMS, and in My bookings: sign in with a code sent to your email. You can message our office there too.
